How is the 2-hour window calculated?
The clock starts the moment payment clears during Canadian business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm ET). Submissions received outside hours queue for 9am the next business day. Two hours is a commitment, not an estimate.
I already have a contract — can Ruby review it?
Yes. Use the Review flow. Upload your agreement and Ruby will classify it, collect your priorities, and route it to a lawyer for a full clause-by-clause review and redline — regardless of whether the agreement type is in our catalog.
What if I need a custom agreement not in the catalog?
Start a conversation with Ruby. If your need falls outside our 41 types, you'll be connected with a custom engagement specialist. Custom agreements typically run $750–$2,500 CAD, scoped after a brief call.
What is your refund policy?
